Area Manager
Function: Site & Permits

The Area Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the practical work related to the festival site. The role includes everything from site layout planning and logistics to liaising with suppliers, safety services, waste management, and on-site service functions.

The Area Manager supervises assisting volunteers during the build-up, maintenance, and dismantling of the site, and acts as a key link between permit holders, construction teams, technicians, volunteer teams, and other festival functions throughout the event.


Carpenter
Function: Site & Permits

This role involves hands-on work before and after the festival, working together with the construction manager and volunteers to create safe and functional installations, stages, and seating areas.

Food Coordinator
Function: Volunteer

The Food Coordinator plans and coordinates meals for volunteers and staff throughout the entire festival period – including the build week, festival days, and dismantling. The role requires strong planning skills, collaboration with kitchens, suppliers, and team leaders, as well as attention to logistics and the well-being of the team.

Documentation Manager
Function: Marketing & Communications

The Documentation Manager plans and coordinates photography and video during the festival. The role focuses on capturing the festival’s atmosphere and ensuring that all material is managed and archived in an organized manner. The Documentation Manager supervises photographers and editors, creates a schedule, and ensures it is followed.
